About Searchland
Searchland is an off-market land sourcing platform that provides data on property and land. Our customers include property developers, land agents, architects, and planners. We help them make better choices when acquiring land and property to build and develop upon.
We are a new fast-growing B2B prop-tech company looking to grow 5x by the close of 2025. To achieve this, we are looking to scale the business rapidly, and grow the sales team. If you have a proven track record in sales leadership, want to work for a profitable start-up, and gain in-depth knowledge of high-performance tech and real estate, this is where you come in!
Your day-to-day responsibilities as our Head of Renewables
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to drive high performance and achieve sales goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Oversee customer outreach initiatives, including phone/video calls and in-person meetings
- Run and oversee 30-minute demos of Searchland, ensuring the team delivers consistent and effective presentations
- Advise customers on how to leverage the platform for their business, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention
- Collect, organise, and report back on sales performance and customer feedback on a weekly basis
- Collaborate closely with the wider team and founders to align sales strategies with company goals
- Identify potential customer red flags such as dissatisfied users, and develop strategies to mitigate them
- Freedom to implement your own sales processes within our best practice customer journey guidelines
- Continuously identify and drive improvements in the self-service sales process
- Represent Searchland at after-work networking events and industry conferences
- Take ownership of Searchland’s goal to achieve 5x growth by 2025.

Essential
- Experience in a similar role
- Experience working in SaaS
- Experience working closely with clients in the renewable sector
