Insight on your impact

As a Renewal Coordinator, you will support the Renewal Management team and be responsible to execute all renewal administrative tasks such as review past contracts, create or revise quotes accurately, create customer presentations, and build expansion opportunities in SFDC that are uncovered during the renewal cycle.  This role requires a highly organized and disciplined individual who can prioritize business requirements to meet deadlines

Your qualifications, your influence

To be successful in the role, you must possess the following skills

  • Review past contracts and prepare renewal quotations for customers, using SFDC
  • Work closely with Renewal Managers to present renewal quote and renewal presentations
  • Able to support small to large opportunities and proactively work effectively with a minimum of 150 opportunities per quarter
  • Identify and pass Up-sell and Cross Sell opportunities to account teams
  • Ensure the integrity of client information is maintained in the database systems
  • A “Customer First” perspective and ethos
  • Understanding of legal conditions
  • The ability to acquire a thorough understanding of Anaplan’s corporate goals and objectives and consider these goals/objectives within the design of Renewal offers
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, complete activities, and meet deadlines daily
  • Requires strong oral and written communication skills
Preferred Skills And Technical Familiarity
  • Requires a 4-year college degree
  • A minimum of 2 years professional experience – preferably in renewals, sales, account management or equivalent customer facing role in High-Tech or Software Industry
  • Requires proficiency with computer applications, such as Windows, Excel, Powerpoint, Word and CRM systems – SFDC experience a plus
