Job Description
A Renewal Desk Data Analyst works with Sales Operations, Deal Desk, Renewal Specialists, Order Management, and Account Executives by retrieving, organizing, and analyzing renewal data then crafting into reality a system derived proposal with the details requested. This is accomplished by working in our Saleforce.com environment and Excel tools.

• Analyze and review renewal opportunities and account history, gather product details, quantity, purchase price, contract renewal price, partner details/calculations, and contract document review
• Work in a team environment to ensure the completion of assigned task(s) within specified deadlines for an assigned region and in support of a specified Geography(s)
• Test enhancements to salesforce system in conjunction with Business Systems
• Organize meetings with internal resources to discuss findings
• Perform additional duties as required

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience: 4-year degree or equivalent experience
• 1+ years of Microsoft Word and Excel
• 1+ years of Mathematical or Accounting Skills
• Must be local to Detroit, MI

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced Excel Skills
• Knowledge of Dynatrace software products
• Knowledge of licensing and product pricing
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com
• Proven ability to assess, manage and operate effectively given multiple priorities in a mission-critical environment.
• Self-starter, highly motivated, and committed to getting results
• Strong organizational skills, including detailed record-keeping, excellent and independent follow-through, and a high degree of accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven track record of flexibility in a team setting
• Ability to think outside the box and produce creative solutions if needed, leveraging first principals
• Ability to understand and breakdown given answers to produce correct results and expand your problem-solving capabilities
• Quick learner of new concepts and ability to effectively learn new software as needed
