We are looking for a Skillbridge Renewal Associate! This opportunity is open to Active Military members who are eligible to participate in a Skilbridge internship now through September 2024.
What You Will Be Learning:Â
- Drive renewals across the SMB client segment.
- Develop relationships in the SMB client segment for the renewal process, working cross-functionally with multiple Departments such as Customer Success, Sales, Legal, and Cloud teams.
- Work closely with Customer Success to develop and implement renewals best practices.
- Provide a seamless customer journey, finding opportunities for improving customer experience while optimizing contract renewals.
- Demonstrable commercial understanding, having the ability to implement a broad approach, uncovering issues, removing roadblocks, and adopting a general Account Management approach
- Tactical awareness, providing operational capabilities around forecasting and reporting.
