Requirements
About the role:
The Operations Specialist is responsible for active management of customer renewals. The primary focus of the role is retention of existing Kaltura accounts through the timely processing of renewals and purchase orders. The specialist will identify renewal risks and upsell opportunities, working with the internal account team to remediate issues and enable timely renewals.
In addition, the Operations Specialist will support the company’s day to day business operations. Including day to day administrative tasks, ensuring contract accuracy and managing system configuration settings within the Kaltura platform.
Responsibilities include:
· Work closely with the Kaltura Customer Success Team to ensure successful retention and renewal of existing accounts.
· Understand and articulate the value of Kaltura products as part renewal process.
· Identify renewal risks and articulate to client team as needed.
· Assist the Customer Success organization with deal structuring and quoting for upsells.
· Participate throughout the account contract lifecycle to obtain purchase orders during the course of multi-year contracts.
· Ensure and maintain data quality in Salesforce.com for all proposed renewals.
· Initiate and maintain customer account provisioning in Kaltura environment
Skills and Qualifications:
· Prior experience with Salesforce.com is required.Â
· Strong organizational and administrative skills.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office
· Able to multi-task, prioritize, be resourceful and work independently.
· Organized, detail-oriented, and good problem-solving skills.
· Experience with Salesforce.com
· Understanding of SaaS integrations is a plus.
