POSITION Overview

The Renewal Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the renewal sales team and supporting the operations that will be required to implement EAC’s sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and accomplish financial objectives. The Renewal Sales Manager will implement processes, tools, and structures for subordinates and to support EAC’s overall operations and strategic plan. The Renewal Sales Manager will collaborate with internal and external partners to secure on time renewals and revenue.

  • Develop revenue forecast in coordination with Director or Regional Director of Sales.
  • Expected to drive sales without assistance of additional sales management.
  • Partner with internal and external sales team members to manage territories, assist with targeted account lists, and coordinate the innovation of new techniques and strategies for securing renewal accounts.
  • Manage, prioritize, and communicate prospecting efforts and accounts to target to sales team.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of renewal programs and become subject matter expert on all EAC product and service offerings.
  • Investigate and understand the internal business processes of current clients then strategize, present, and demonstrate a tailored solution.
  • Meet with every EAC customer at minimum on a quarterly basis, developing long term relationships with the stakeholders and document in EAC’s CRM tool.
  • Communicate and present upsell sales offerings to customers, internal and external team members through various methods such as MS PowerPoint or other electronic means.
  • Review renewal sales quotes ensuring workplace process flow efficiently.
  • Attending in-person or virtual sales demonstrations, trade shows, or other events and work with Marketing to develop renewal opportunities.
  • Responsible for accurate forecast of team opportunities, inspecting team activity of pipeline, ensure 3X pipeline for quota, KPI goals, performance reviews, and team development.
  • Other duties as assigned as company needs dictate.
Qualifications

An equivalent combination of education, training and experience will be considered.

  • Associates or Bachelor degree in Business or related field is preferred.
  • 1-3+ years sales experience preferably in the software or technology fields.
  • 1-3+ years in a sales leadership position
  • Must be enthusiastic, outgoing, confident, results-oriented, and a self-starter.
  • Must be able to process information gathered quickly and effectively to overcome objections.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic plans and process improvements.
  • Must have problem-solving skills, critical thinking skills, presentation skills, and professionalism.
  • Extensive customer service experience.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading teams.
  • Ability to host and/or attend virtual or in-person learning events to promote sales or other business needs.
  • Must have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Must have ability to work with time-sensitive deadlines, multi-task, and meet the project and corporate goals while working in stressful situations.
  • Must possess good organizational skills, be able to work independently with focus and discipline to achieve the customer and company goals.
  • Ability to perform consistently with high collaboration and output.
Additional Information

PERKS

$80,000 Base Annual Salary with potential of $140-150 K OTE

Full Time / 40 hours per week
