The salary range listed above is inclusive of both a base salary range of plus on-target earnings potential
Renewal Specialist
The Renewals Specialist is responsible for executing “volume renewal" transactions for assigned markets or accounts. You engage with AVEVA sales teams and customers through a systematic process to achieve renewal business metrics such as on-time renewals, escalated renewals etc. You maintain accurate data within Salesforce and flourish in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
Job DescriptionÂ
- Achieve sales-based quotas and renewals objectives/metricsÂ
- Weekly reporting on renewals pipeline vs. target to Management
- Take ownership for an assigned renewals pipeline from first contact to close, including notifying customers of renewal, creating quotes, and closing renewal opportunities for accountsÂ
- Identify expansion opportunities to generate additional revenue (upsell/cross-sell) and transfer to the appropriate team to manage and maximize the opportunityÂ
- Build and maintain beneficial, positive relationships with customers and understand their requirementsÂ
- Send renewal quotations and order forms to customers, working closely with Contracts department to ensure accurate documents required by business are sent in conjunction with quotesÂ
- Ensure that all renewals are quoted 90-120 days in advance to ensure renewals close on timeÂ
- Manage the company CRM to a high degree of accuracy to ensure all activity is recorded and forecast data is accurateÂ
Other Duties may include;Â
- Support evolving renewal processes aimed at improving renewal efficiency and upsell/cross-sell to renewal customersÂ
- Accurate reporting on late renewals, renewal migration and churn including reasons for cancellation used for analysisÂ
- Assist Business with any other activity required to fulfill the roleÂ
Skills & QualificationsÂ
Â
- A background in Sales/Renewals in Enterprise Software idealÂ
- Experience working with Salesforce preferred or equivalent CRM systemÂ
- Knowledge and application of renewal processes, policies and pricingÂ
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills; assertive, confident and clear communicator via email and videoÂ
- Highly detail oriented with the ability to manage a large volume of opportunities, tasks and responsibilities
- Extremely organized with the ability to prioritize and a super star at multi-tasking daily to meet monthly deadlines
- Expertise in problem-solving
- Focus on customer satisfaction and delivering a quality renewal customer experience
- You are able to put people first, working effectively with individuals and teams, customers and partners
- Bilingual in Spanish and/or Portuguese a definite asset, but not required
Salary Range:
$88,600.00 - $147,800.00
This pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation that the position offers, and final compensation can vary within the range depending on work location, job experience, skills, and relevant educational attainment and/or training.Â
