About the role:
As Skydio’s first Renewals Analyst, you will be crucial in building, defining, and owning the Skydio renewals playbook for Skydio’s Enterprise and Public Sector customers. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Deal Desk, and Customer Success to identify customer requirements, uncover risks, and drive renewal to on-time completion. This role will be goaled on net dollar retention and growth on assigned renewals.
How you’ll make an impact:
- Take ownership of renewal opportunities, forecasting, negotiation, and engaging internal resources with the goal of closing renewals with growth prior to contract expiration
- Work closely with Account Executives and the Customer Success team to identify opportunities for growth in renewal and upsell opportunities
- Identify at-risk customers and develop prescriptive plays that would mitigate potential churn
- Actively engage with key decision makers to identify customer requirements and uncover roadblocks to ensure on-time commitments
- Maintain and report an accurate rolling 90-day forecast of renewals
- Assist with enhancing and improving systems and processes to increase renewal process efficiencies
- Become an expert on co-terming and renewal consolidation for customers with more than one term
What make you a good fit:
- At least 3+ years experience in Renewals Management, Sales, Customer Success, or Account Management
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, take initiative and work independently and as part of a team
- Must to able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment (startup experience preferred)
- Proficient in SalesForce including creating reports/dashboardsÂ
- UAV experience is a nice to have
Compensation Range: The annual base salary range for this position is $63,750.00 - $75,000* + Commission. Compensation will vary based on factors, including skill level, proficiencies, transferable knowledge, and experience. In addition to base salary, Skydio full-time employees are eligible to enroll in our benefit plans and take advantage of a variety of incentives and stipends.
*For some positions the pay may be dependent upon the individual's regional location.
