Renewals Coordinator

Job Description:
At Pluralsight, we are looking for a motivated Renewals Coordinator to join our team. As a Renewals Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to support our Customer Success and Revenue organisations by handling renewal transactions. You will work closely with different teams to ensure successful renewals and identify potential upselling opportunities. This role also involves collaborating with Account Executives to foster growth within customer accounts.

What you'll do:

• Lead the complete renewal lifecycle, including administrative tasks such as acquiring Purchase Orders when required, forecasting, quoting, agreement negotiations, and order creation and submission.
• Collaborate with Revenue and Customer Success teams to identify and mitigate risks within the customer base.
• Partner effectively with sales account executives to support customer growth.

Experience you'll bring:

• A natural curiosity for SaaS, technology, and workforce development.
• Basic understanding of business development, sales, or customer success.
• Skilled in effectively using different communication methods to engage with customers.
• Strong understanding of business operations and ability to analyze data.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and time management abilities.

Travel Requirements
While Pluralsight operates under a remote and hybrid work model, we believe that in-person connection and collaboration are important. Recurring travel to our HQ in Utah may be required depending on the role and team member location.

Physical and Mental Requirements
Work is performed in an office (or home office) environment and requires the ability to operate office equipment and keyboards. Sedentary work. Repetitive work. Ability to perform tasks related to documentation, data analysis, transcription and extensive content analysis. Learn new tasks, remember processes, complete tasks independently, and make timely decisions in the context of a workflow.
