Renewals Lead

The Role
As a Renewals Lead, you must have strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach. A demonstrated ability to negotiate and influence key stakeholders and familiarity with software development processes and an understanding of customer needs in the tech industry.Â
What You Will Do
- Develop and execute strategies to ensure the retention of key customer logos.
- Monitor and analyze GRR metrics, taking proactive measures to address any potential challenges.
- Proactively identify churn risks by analyzing customer usage data, feedback, and engagement.
- Work closely with customers to understand their business needs and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Continuously assess and enhance strategies to improve overall logo retention and Gross Retention Rate.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align customer success efforts with broader company objectives.
- Implement initiatives to enhance Net Revenue Retention, including upselling, cross-selling, and ensuring customers derive maximum value from our products.
- Collect and analyze feedback from churned customers to identify product or service shortcomings.
What You Need to Succeed
- Strong negotiation skills to manage contract renewals and negotiations with existing customers.
- The ability to ensure that renewal terms align with customer expectations and company objectives.
- Experience serving as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, fostering strong relationships.
- A desire for leadership and growth within the team and organizationÂ

Compensation
The salary range for this position is: $57,000 - $77,000 plus incentive compensation. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, as well as applicable employment laws.
Location
This is a permanent, full-time, fully remote position. Employees living in Indianapolis, IN are welcome to work from our company headquarters. We do not offer Visa sponsorship or relocation assistance at this time.Â
