Reals Specialist

Reporting directly to the Renewals Manager, the Renewals Specialist will provide coordination support to the entire renewals team. In this unique and highly visible role, you will partner with other renewal team members to coordinate and help ensure accurate document workflow and overall contract execution for our customers.
In this role, you will:

• Research Salesforce accounts to identify and report on key renewals decision makers
• Update account information to reflect current contacts and accurate data
• Update and spot check existing customer accounts to correctly reflect current customer agreements
• Build communication campaigns by adding appropriate contacts to our process flow and setting up email distribution schedule
• Build proposal agreements within our system and help to identify sales opportunities with renewal accounts
• Communicate with clients via voice and email regarding renewal agreement submissions

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of sales administrative support
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience streamlining processes for efficiency and effectiveness
• Self-starter who possesses creative problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to take ownership, handle multiple tasks, and possess excellent problem-solving skills
• Computer experience should include Microsoft applications such as Word and Excel; some experience with Salesforce is preferred
• Experience with Business-to-Business customer agreements is a plus
