The Role

As a Renewals Specialist, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach. You must be comfortable with having difficult conversations with customers, including the ability to negotiate and find solutions that suit both parties’ needs. You have the aptitude to speak to pricing and have a deep understanding of the different products and services that Bloomerang offers. 

What You Will Do

  • Monitor and analyze Gross Retention Rate metrics, taking proactive measures to address any potential challenges.
  • Proactively identify churn risks by analyzing customer usage data, feedback, and engagement.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their business needs and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Continuously assess and enhance strategies to improve overall logo retention and Gross Retention Rate.


What You Need to Succeed

  • Strong negotiation skills to manage contract renewals and negotiations with existing customers.
  • The ability to ensure that renewal terms align with customer expectations and company objectives.
  • Experience serving as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, fostering strong relationships.


Nice to Haves But Not Required

  • Previous experience as a Renewals Specialist / Customer Success Specialist / Account Manager

Compensation

The base salary range for this position is: $41,000 - $55,000. As this is an incentive compensation role, there is a base salary with annual on target earnings of $62,500. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, as well as applicable employment laws


Location

This is a permanent, full-time, fully remote position. Employees living in Indianapolis, IN are welcome to work from our company headquarters. We do not offer Visa sponsorship or relocation assistance at this time.
