Rental Property Maintenance Technician/Plumber

Job Description: • Maintain a clean work environment by picking up trash, excess building materials, or other potentially hazardous products. • Set up and break down necessary tools and equipment at the beginning and end of each day • Provide assistance to onsite employees • Transport materials and equipment from one location to another • Other manual labor tasks as required by the foreman or supervisor • Regular usage of hand and power tools while working • Must wear PPE while performing work. • Pay rate based on experience. Ideal Candidate: • Minimum 10 years experience in plumbing is a must. • Experience using hand and power tools. • Good communication and listening skills. • Ability to work as a part of a team. • Standing for extended periods of time • Carrying, climbing, pulling, standing, bending • Additional certifications or apprenticeship is a plus Qualifications: • Must be 18 years old or older. • Must have and maintain a valid driver's license. Must have and maintain reliable transportation.
