Job Summary:
The Repair Clerk will report to the Repairs Supervisor and will have frequent contact with employees throughout the organization. This position is an integral part of the repair process, and will be responsible for receiving new repairs, entering data throughout the process, and taking initiative to maintain daily processes, plus other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities:
- Log and track repairs at different stages of the process
- Enter data quickly and accurately
- Open boxes and prepare repairs for first audit
- Understand and help maintain daily processes on the repair floor and in the office
- Assist other Repairs Team members as needed
- Ability to proactively trouble-shoot and problem solve
- Manage supply and inventory levels
Qualifications:
- GED or high school equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows.
- Relentlessly organized, analytically minded.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment; Vietnamese and Cantonese language skills a plus

- See, talk, and hear.
- Lift or push up to 25 pounds regularly
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include the ability to view and read text on computer screen and printed material, as well as view details on physical objects within 2 feet.
