Report Developer

Savan is looking for an entry-level Report Developer with a foundational understanding of Oracle OAS/OBIEE or Tableau. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to learn and grow in transforming complex data into insightful, visually compelling reports. 
Role Responsibilities 

• Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards using Oracle OAS/OBIEE or Tableau. 
• Collaborate with senior developers and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. 
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by conducting thorough testing and validation under supervision. 
• Optimize report performance and troubleshoot any issues with guidance from senior team members. 
• Provide basic end-user training and support to ensure effective utilization of reports and dashboards. 
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in data visualization and reporting. 

Qualifications and Requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field. 
• 0-3 years of professional experience 
• Basic understanding of Oracle OAS/OBIEE or Tableau. 
• Familiarity with SQL and database management systems. 
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies. 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
• U.S. Citizenship 
• U.S. Government Public Trust or the ability to obtain a Public Trust 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience, relevant coursework or certification in Oracle OAS/OBIEE or Tableau. 
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes. 
• Familiarity with data governance and security best practices.

Remote OR Hybrid Schedule (Savan HQ, Vienna, VA )
