Job Description
- Design, produce and analyze reports for both internal and external use, including pricing, operational and risk and compliance reports. Train end users on retrieval and manipulation of reports and data.
- In partnership with Decision Science Team, adds to report repository / data tool project support, testing, and report design.
- Provides business users the data required for metrics and analysis. Mines data from primary sources for root cause analysis. Deliver business insights and process/product recommendations that increase revenue, reduce cost or add customer value.
- Maintains reporting assets - seeking opportunities to enhance, update, or eliminate reports based on ongoing business needs and reduce business risk.
- Track improvements made from voice of customer feedback and communicate in Newsletters. Provide updates to SharePoint site for VOC and areas of focus. Advocate and encourage use of VOC tools in the call center/COE; report on contributions.
Basic Qualifications (BQs)
Education and Experience: HS/GED with 2 years' experience in data analysis/reporting. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint, advanced Excel skills.
Experience in data reporting tools - Business Objects, Cognos BI Analytics, Tableau. Experience with CRM.
Preferred Qualifications (PQs)
Education: Bachelor's degree in information systems or mathematics preferred.
Experience: experience using statistical methods and analysis/metrics. Prior experience with Comet, CFS, COE Small business product and process knowledge, COE Sales/Service experience. Salesforce.com reporting knowledge.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
