The Opportunity. Aero Precision is looking for a high energy, detail-oriented Reporting and Analytics Manager.

The Job.

• Coordinate with various teams and perform complex analysis and prepare reports to summarize financial data
• Prepare and interpret all operating results and annual budgets
• Ensure compliance to all reporting requirements, file quarterly forms according to current requirements and document new rules
• Ensure that department milestones are met
• Ensure that reports, filings, and documentation comply with company's regulations
• May work with external auditor to provide requested information
• Act as a subject matter expert as related to business operations
• Assisting with the implementation of process improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA preferred or CPA Eligible preferred
• 5 - 7 years of reporting experience
• 5 - 7 years of data analysis experience
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills
• Strong Excel skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team
• Minimum of 1 year of supervisor experience
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail
• Proactive
• Flexible in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment
• Proven ability to multitask efficiently
• Experience in ERP systems, SAP strongly preferred
