Job Description

We are looking for a Reporting and Data Analysis Lead with advanced skills in analyzing multi-source data to derive actionable insights, develop visualizations, and lead initiatives related to data driven solutions to support a federal contract in Arlington, VA. telework is an The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with analytical, and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, aligning deliverables with organizational goals, agency requirements, and regulatory standards. 

  • Lead and manage a team tasked with driving business process analysis and reporting. 
  • Analyze complex data sets from various sources to provide critical cybersecurity insights.
  • Develop data standards, policies, and procedures to ensure data integrity and security across the organization.
  • Lead the creation and implementation of visualizations that communicate complex cybersecurity information in an accessible format for various audiences.
  • Optimize data processes to support real-time and predictive analytics initiatives.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven cybersecurity initiatives, ensuring all efforts align with organizational goals and regulatory standards.
  • Communicate complex technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences, fostering a collaborative environment across departments.
  • Collect, synthesize, and analyze qualitative and quantitative data from diverse sources to compile comprehensive reports, briefings, executive summaries, and other key documents.
  • Make data-driven recommendations to support strategic decision-making and enhance cybersecurity posture.
  • Continuously assess processes for improvement based on changing business needs and feedback.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.

Qualifications:

  • US Citizen (the nature of our contract requires employees be US citizens).
  • A Top-Secret clearance is required. 
  • A bachelor’s degree is required.
  • At least 10 years of experience is required.
  • Strong ability to lead projects, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Expertise in qualitative and quantitative data analysis, synthesizing information from multiple sources to make recommendations.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify gaps and develop actionable improvement plans.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with the capacity to understand the big picture and provide strategic insights.
  • Experience developing and delivering presentations to senior leadership and executives.
  • Strong collaboration skills and experience working in cross-functional teams.
