• Understanding of Advanced Excel and Alteryx to execute daily, weekly and monthly reports for leadership• Partner with the senior leaders across the business to provide insights, action-oriented data and reporting• Leveraging management data, prepare timely, high-quality, clear and succinct materials for weekly/monthly reporting, business meetings and other execution needs, including presentations, reports and communications• Understand current state of our data to provide analysis and prepare Sales, Enrollment and Operations reports• Conduct business analysis and advise leadership per business trends and data analytics on recommendations across our business unit.• Proactively identify and report out on any gaps or opportunities with our data that ensures timely resolution • Agility and proactively solve problems in a fast-changing environment• Work directly with frontline associates, frontline managers, and senior leaders assisting them in compiling and analyzing their data needs• Contribute to the continued improvement and definition of the team's business intelligence practice.
