Business Analysis and Reporting

• Co-ordinate the formulation of the business operating plans/budget and monitor progress towards their achievement, drawing attention to important trends opportunities to maximize earning and minimize risk.
• Provide strategic support to Operation Leadership in developing strategy, formulating business plans.
• Perform the financial analysis of the business’ monthly performance.
• Help drive effective cost management.
• Identify, assess and advise on information required for management decision making.
• Undertake ad hoc projects as may be required from time to time.

Financial Management & Reporting

• Prepare consolidated corporate financial statements.
• Ensure timely month-end closings and reconciliation of general ledger accounts.
• Evaluate and adapt financial accounting systems and processes to respond to emerging developments.
• Understand financial cost accounting, systems designs and internal controls.
• Enhance financial controls environment through improvement of existing infrastructure and capabilities.
• Serve as a liaison to external auditors.
• Prepare dealership financial statements as assigned.
• Support dealership leadership as assigned.
• Other duties assigned from time to time.
