Hybrid Role - 3 days in office

This associate will be responsible for performance tracking and insight generation for the Mars Petcare US. This is a great opportunity for a strong analyst to leverage existing skills (data manipulation, data visualization) while building business facing skills (insights, exposure to Sales leadership team; part of larger Revenue Growth Management team) under the direction of a focused business performance management team.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience working with syndicated (Nielsen, IRI, etc) and/or retailer specific (Retail Link, 10/10, etc) data sources.
• Previous experience in CPG industry
• A candidate with the ability to turn disparate data into actionable insights.
• Ability to visualize data; and tell a compelling story to drive action.

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Produces periodic and ad-hoc reporting for sales leadership focusing on current period business delivery and full year business delivery.
• Year +1 business planning and target creation which becomes the targets we performance manage against in-year.
• Track retail market sales performance across various metrics ($, volume, price, share) and provide insight & recommendations where opportunity exists and before risks materialize.
• Build collaborative, cross functional relationships with Sales VP's and Directors, Demand Planning and RGM to ensure key initiatives across roles are aligned, streamlined and executed.
• Build reporting dashboards via own capabilities (Tableau, Power Bi, etc.) and/or utilization of 3rd Party resources with RGM Info Delivery Business Manager.
