NeoWork is looking for a strategic and analytical Reporting Manager to lead our reporting and data analysis team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing the creation and delivery of accurate and impactful reports that drive business decisions and enhance our service offerings.

As a Reporting Manager at NeoWork, you will work closely with various departments to gather reporting requirements, analyze data, and present findings to senior leadership and clients. Your expertise will play a key role in identifying trends, providing insights, and supporting our commitment to data-driven decision-making.

We are seeking a candidate with strong leadership qualities, exceptional analytical skills, and a passion for data. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing reporting teams and a deep understanding of data analysis techniques and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the reporting team, ensuring high-quality report generation and timely delivery
  • Serves as a consultant by suggesting ways on how we can improve metrics and implementation strategies
  • Maintain good client billing process and accounting-related data analysis and preparation
  • Develop and oversee reporting strategies that align with business goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify reporting needs and requirements
  • Analyze complex data sets and communicate insights effectively to stakeholders
  • Design and maintain dashboards and visualizations to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of reporting
  • Conduct regular training and mentorship for team members to aid professional development
  • Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices in data reporting and analysis
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in reporting and data analysis, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Expertise in using reporting tools such as Excel, Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or similar
  • Proven ability to analyze data and present findings to diverse audiences
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience in developing and implementing reporting processes and strategies
  • Owned computer or laptop and stable internet connectivity.
  • Knowledgeable in Office 360, Google Apps, and client-facing communication.
