Job Summary

This position supports operations activities, supports projects and initiatives and resolve issues by working with staff within the department or across departments. This position involves understanding operations and processes to impact operations and provide solutions.

This position is Remote / Telecommute

  • This is NOT an IT or Data Warehousing role

Required Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree and 3 years reporting experience OR 7 years reporting experience
  • Experience developing reports from systems and analyzing data.
  • PC proficiency to include Word, Excel, Access or PeopleSoft Financial application including, Microsoft's PowerPoint & SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Visio, Power Bi, and Power Apps.
  • Verbal and written communication skills including interpersonal skills to work with peers or across departments to resolve issues or complete projects/initiatives.
  • Problem resolution skills.
  • Ability to work with highly sensitive and confidential information.

Preferred Job Qualifications:

  • 2 years of involvement or leading key projects with data collection, impact and gap analysis, metric definition and analysis, root cause analysis and resolution.
  • Develop solutions to meet individual and departmental goals.
  • Experience identifying and applying best practice standards, guidelines, procedures, and tools for analyzing, designing, and implementing process initiatives.
  • Experience working with project management methodology, Content Management Systems or Knowledge Management Systems.
  • Able to identify best practice standards, guidelines, procedures, and tools for analyzing, designing, and implementing process initiatives.
  • Organizational and analytical skills.
  • Sound inductive and deductive reasoning.
  • Work with others to analyze information and evaluate results to identify appropriate solutions.
  • Competency in planning, researching, defining, developing, testing, documenting, analyzing results and/or implementing Process Improvement and Process Reengineering opportunities.
  • Flexibility and adaptability.
  • End-user programming skills.
  • Systems and database testing experience.
