Your Role and Responsibilities

A sneak peek into this role:

  • Creation and consolidation of client reports as well as internal report requests based on contractual obligations.

  • Meet official reporting timelines towards client and fulfill ad hoc client report requirements.

  • Maintain high level of client satisfaction and help ensuring that SLA targets are made

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

What you will bring to the team:

  • Receive help requests from the client and suppliers and provide support in designated language.

  • Follow call quality standards to conduct call provide ‘how do I’ (walk through) application or status support.

  • If problem gather all relevant problem information to be included in problem report generation and escalation to the appropriate Level2 contact.

  • Provide a follow-up call to the client with a status if the problem is not fixed within 48 business hours.

  • Create a call log for every help request during incoming call or upon email task id monitoring to ensure accurate contact information is obtained.

Experience with the following are bonus points but not necessary you can learn them at IBM:

  • Excellent analytical skills

  • Excellent data management skills Good communication and problem solving skills

  • Strong presentation skills Experience in the use of Microsoft Excel Tableau or PowerBI

  • Reporting to Procurement or other department
