Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or a combination of relevant experience, education, and training

• 2+ years' experience with reporting, data management and relational database, preferably in Human Resources
• Experience with HR ServiceNow Reporting & Performance Analytics is required.
• Team player, positive attitude and willingness to lean in on critical tasks and get things done.
• Knowledge of tools and systems like Tableau, Alteryx, Spinifex, SAP, and Smartsheet a plus
• Experience in training others to use technology systems is a plus.

We're looking for an HR Operations Reporting Analyst to support our client's People Solutions team to deliver exceptional employee experience with operational excellence. To be successful in this role, we are looking for a strong collaborator to gather requirements and develop and maintain dashboards in

ServiceNow for the People Solutions team to track daily operations and performance effectively.

Someone with a proven track record of being detail-oriented, data-driven, and working on building monthly measurement scorecards for operational reviews.

Job Responsibilities:

• Generates reports and regular datasets or report information for end- users using system tools and database or data warehouse queries and scripts.
• Integrates data from multiple sources to produce requested or required data elements.
• Programs and maintains report forms and formats, information dashboards, data generators, canned reports, and other end- user information portals or resources.
