Position: Repossession Title Admin

Department: Asset Management

Reporting Relationship:Asset Operations Manager

Position Type: Full-Time Monday-Friday In Office

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Primary responsibility will be processing repossession titles including dealing with out-of-state titles, salvage titles, theft holds, problem titles, etc.
• Communicate with vendors related to title processing such as Dealertrack, CVR, Triven, and State Motor Vehicle Department
• Communicate with vehicle Auto Auctions regarding titles
• Communicate with field remarketing team members to resolve outstanding issues
• Provide support to the Asset Coordination Department
• Prepare Notice of Sale Letters for mailing
• Update the Discover System and applicable logs with the information regarding the Notice of Sale letters, Condition Reports, and Personal Property letters
• Responsible for all repossession title requests through the Discover System
• Print all contracts to be attached to titles for repossession processing
• Responsible for filing all repossession documents.
• Help acts as a liaison between multiple Franchise Support Center departments
• Miscellaneous duties assigned by the Asset Coordinator Manager

Educational Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED

Experience Required:

• Excellent organizational skills
• Keyboarding/computer skills (Excel Preferred)
• Clear written and oral communication skills
• Good multi-tasking ability
• Vehicle Title Experience (Preferred)

Physical Requirements:

• Frequently required to sit for long periods
• Occasionally required to stand & walk
• Frequently lift and/or move up to 10lbs and occasionally lift/move up to 25lbs
