Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Assist the sales team in managing and maintaining customer accounts, and supporting product and service promotion.
2. Support market research and data collection, and assist in preparing business proposals.
3. Organize and update customer information, prepare product materials, presentations, and quotations.
4. Assist in tracking sales processes and support cross-functional communication to ensure smooth project execution.
5. Collect and consolidate customer and market feedback to support team decision-making.
6. Participate in marketing events and team projects as required.
7. Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
1. Bachelor’s degree student or above; majors in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or related fields preferred.
2. Strong learning ability, communication skills, and proactive, responsible attitude.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Salesforce or similar systems is a plus.
4. Leadership or project experience in student organizations is preferred.
5. Able to commit to at least 3 months of internship, with a minimum of 3 working days per week.
