Job Summary
The Inside Sales Rep is responsible for the solicitation and sale of media advertising products by conducting inbound and outbound sales calls. This position is responsible for selling/managing accounts below a specific revenue amount and has limitless territory opportunity across the nation. The position will also be responsible for cultivating and maintaining effective communications and relations with clients and providing exceptional customer service before, during and after the sales are made.
Responsibilities
  • Initiate and close sales for advertising products and services to current and potential clients.
  • Create proposals for advertising schedules with an effective return on investment for the client and for Atlice's a4 business.
  • Achieve and maintain sales goals; prepare action plans to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts and sales to be made
  • Follow up on inbound leads and referrals as assigned; identify new sales prospects through cold calling and lead generating functions
  • Establish and maintain current and potential client relationships, up until revenue threshold is exceeded
  • Expected to work with outside sales based on revenue threshold guidelines
  • Communicate new sales and promotion opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered to new and existing advertising clients
  • Identify and resolve client concerns in a way that protects the business interests add in something
  • Responsible for educating clients on the products that a4 has within their portfolio and aligning those to the client's needs

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree is preferred or the equivalent related work experience combined with appropriate education
  • Previous experience in quota driven sales environment with demonstrated success required; previous customer service and/or sales experience preferred
  • Advertising experience preferred
  • Proficiency with Windows-based computer and appropriate keyboarding skills
  • Strong negotiation, problem solving and analytical skills. Consultative sales experience preferred
  • Strong professional verbal and written communication skills; ability to develop and deliver verbal presentations in a professional and knowledgeable manner
  • Ability to be self-driven, initiate own activities, be a self-starter, and take personal initiative for success
  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time
