We are seeking Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team and contribute to our sales efforts. These roles provide hands-on experience in various aspects of sales, including customer acquisition, relationship management, and strategic planning. What You Will Doπ‘
- Acquire New Customers: Reach out to leads to generate new business opportunities.
- Serve Existing Customers: Optimize current plans and relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Adjust Sales Tactics: Modify sales strategies based on field tests and new insights to improve effectiveness.
- Resolve Issues: Address and resolve customer complaints and queries promptly.
- Achieve Goals: Maintain and meet monthly or bi-monthly performance targets.
- Conduct Market Research: Perform market analysis and monitor competitor activity to stay informed on industry trends.
- Document Management: Keep accurate records of customer interactions and account updates.
- Customize Presentations: Adapt sales presentations based on client needs and feedback.
- Focus Sales Efforts: Study existing and potential dealer volumes to optimize sales strategies.
- Submit Orders: Process orders by referring to price lists and product information.
- Report to Management: Provide regular updates through daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
- Monitor Competition: Gather and analyze current market information on pricing, products, new developments, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.
- Recommend Improvements: Suggest changes in products, services, and policies based on results and competitive analysis.
- Maintain Records: Keep historical sales records for areas and customers.
- Contribute to Team Efforts: Achieve related results and support team objectives as needed.
- Education: Bachelorβs degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 2 years of relevant sales experience or a competitive client portfolio, with a strong familiarity with aggregators.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
- Knowledge: Relevant industry experience in F&B or delivery is a significant advantage.
