Job Description

Job Summary:

This is a full time position for a copy/print operator and customer service rep.

• Experienced in reprographics print production and the use of printing equipment (Xerox, Konica, and print fiery program).
• Proficient in performing multiple types of finishing: Saddle Stitching, Wire-o; Mini size format, Trimmed post cards, 3 hole drill, velo binds, etc)

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Ability to operate various print equipment and high volume printers such as (Xerox, Konica Minolta, etc)
• Responsible for quickly and adequately producing detailed, high-quality printed materials/ styles in a time-sensitive atmosphere utilizing high-speed digital printers
• Perform multiple finishing types : wire-o, velo, 3 hole drill, lamination, stuffing envelopes, folding, and cutting
• Experience in using electronic/manual cutter
• Setting up and operating a variety of fiery printing software
• Ability to use Microsoft office suite
• Troubleshoot machine problems,
• resolve if possible, notifying technicians
• Ability to perform duties in highly
• interruptive conditions and under time constraints
• Ability to multitask with changing priorities
• Attention to details
• Maintain high productivity and accuracy ratings
• Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines
• Ability to communicate and work effectively with co-workers, supervisors, managers
• Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
• Maintain all logs and reporting documentation

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and move between production devices to load and unload
• Ability to lift heavy paper boxes and finished print products
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

• Ability to communicate both verbally and written forms with customers and company personnel
