RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Request for Proposal (RFP) Analyst is pro-active and resourceful. You will comprehensively understand the requirements outlined in an RFP and craft a compelling proposal that not only addresses those needs but also showcases our organization's strengths, expertise, and capabilities.

• Adept project management skills

• Coordinate with various teams to gather the necessary information and ensure the proposal meets all criteria and deadlines

• Instrumental in securing new business opportunities and driving organizational growth

• Responsible to draft, develop, and finalize all RFP responses by collaborating with various departments to identify appropriate subject matter experts to coordinate contributions and scope to the RFP response

• Serve as the point of contact for any questions or clarification requests related to the RFP from the prospect or customer

• Ensure that the RFP submission is complete, detailed, accurate, and meets all formatting and submission requirements including timely submission and complies with all needed requirements

• Implement discipline, processes, workflows, and technology to automate the proposal department

• Develop and maintain a library of standard proposal responses for future reuse in the company’s RFP tool

• Coordinate the delivery of completed proposals to appropriate parties and participate in post-bid analysis and assessments to identify areas for improvement in the proposal process

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree AND 3 years relevant experience; OR HS/GED AND 9 years

• Intermediate to advanced Word & Excel skills.

• Proofreading abilities/quality control

• Must be 18 years of age or older

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: (desired but not required)

• Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Communications or Marketing AND 5 years of proposal writing experience

• Strong organizational skills

• Exceptional attention to detail

• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently through multiple deadlines and changing priorities

• Customer service oriented
