What you will do:

• Conduct thorough needs analysis in collaboration with internal sales and marketing representatives, ensuring precise identification of research project scope and parameters
• Utilize available tools proficiently to create target groups, extract research data, interpret findings, and develop insightful personas
• Skillfully communicate research findings to stakeholders, delivering valuable insights that inform decision-making processes
• Undertake assigned projects and engage in comprehensive discussions with the Director regarding methodologies employed and outcomes achieved
• Contribute actively to various projects on a monthly, quarterly, bi-annual, and annual basis
• These projects encompass a diverse range of responsibilities, including ongoing monitoring of consumer activity trends, maintaining an updated online repository of marketing research collateral, and generating customized client reports as needed

What you will bring:

• Comprehensive understanding of both digital and traditional media advertising, enabling you to navigate and leverage both channels effectively
• 2+ years of experience
• Demonstrated expertise in various research categories, including consumer behavior, market analysis, and industry trends
• Intermediate skill level in utilizing Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and well-versed in vendor database applications such as Scarborough and SurveyMonkey
• A work style that is characterized by meticulous organization, unwavering attention to detail, and a deep commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes
• Consistently exhibit exceptional productivity, thriving in remote and independent work environments while consistently achieving outstanding results

The annual salary is $72,000.00. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, time in role, certifications, etc. This role is eligible for a bonus based on performance. In addition to your salary, MediaNews Group offers a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, and a 401K plan (all benefits are based on eligibility).
