Research & Analytics Associate Internship

10 to 12-week paid, full-time internship flexible based on the candidate’s break schedule.
Hybrid Schedule: 3 days in office / 2 days at home weekly
Job Summary
As a member of the PatientPoint Research & Analytics team, you will be the primary owner of several projects ranging from compiling data for analysis, building compelling insights-based presentations, as well as being mentored by senior level industry analytical experts. Â
About our team: Our team is comprised of subject matter experts with deep experience in customer strategy, research, decision sciences, and operations. A strong support system is in place to help ensure you are properly oriented and trained to help make sure you get the most from your experience while with PatientPoint.
What You Will Do
- Work with the Operational Excellence Lead to develop and finalize implementation training materials for our Salesforce Case Intake Process.Â
- Catalog and warehouse our case study library to allow our Sales team easier access to our collection reports demonstrating years of documented success.
- Document various workstreams across Research & Analytics to identify areas of opportunity for future enhancements.
- Shadow members of the team to learn again a deeper appreciation for the various areas of focus and disciplines – to include the creation, as well as the presentation of a measurement study to a client.
What We Need
- Must be a current student enrolled in a college or university, ideally entering their senior year
- Highly motivated, self-starter with strong organizational and communication skillsÂ
 Desired Qualifications
- Preference given to those pursuing a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Healthcare Research Analytics, or Project Management.
