  • Cultivate strong relationships with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and alignment.
  • Manage multiple experimentation and research projects concurrently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
Requirements

You might be training and looking to apply and develop your skills alongside your studies, or you might be looking for a role where you can apply your skills and experience in an exciting and fast-paced research programme with part time hours. You will have some of the following skills and experience:

  • Proven experience in planning, executing and analysing surveys and experiments, ideally in the context of health or scientific research, product development, behavioural science, or participant and patient experiences.
  • Broad knowledge of principles and methodologies for experimentation and surveys.
  • Broad understanding of principles of sampling and participant selection.
  • At least some working knowledge of statistics, especially statistical methods involved with comparing across conditions (AB tests), descriptive and predictive statistics (including regression and Chi square), sampling frameworks, sources of bias.
  • An inquisitive and analytical mind-set, excited about learning new skills and trying new things.
  • An ability to communicate evaluation, learnings and insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Previous experience working in cross functional and highly collaborative team environments.
  • An ability to work independently whilst retaining high levels of communicating progress and outcomes to stakeholders.
  • The ability to identify where input is needed and seek appropriate support.
  • Effective time-management and organisational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communications skills.
  • The ability to learn new skills rapidly and adapt to changing environments.

We are happy to accept applications from people who have the skills and experience for the role, whatever your current stage of experience and training – be that pre- or post-doctoral academic, or industry trained.
