Key Responsibilities
1. Research & Development

• Conduct research on innovative formulations in the dietary supplement category.
• Develop and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) for product development.
• Analyze market trends to identify new product opportunities.

 2.Quality Assurance :

• Conduct quality inspections at manufacturing sites to ensure compliance with industry standards (FSSAI, GMP, EFSA).
• Oversee batch and stability testing and verify raw material specifications.

3 .Vendor Collaboration :

• Source high-quality raw materials and components.
• Evaluate and negotiate contracts with suppliers for cost-effective procurement.

 4 .Regulatory Compliance :

• Ensure R&D and production activities comply with relevant local and international regulations.
• Support label and artwork development for product packaging.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration :

• Work closely with the Product, Marketing, and Regulatory teams to align R&D efforts with business goals.
•  Manufacturing Site Visits
• Conduct regular site visits for inspections, troubleshooting, and process optimization.

Qualifications & Skills :

1. Bachelor’s/Master’s in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Life Sciences, or a related field.
2. 0–2 years of relevant experience in R&D, quality assurance, or related industries (internships count).
3. Knowledge of quality assurance protocols and regulatory frameworks.
4. Strong communication, analytical, and medical writing skills.
5. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
6. Interest in the science of aging (preferred).
