The Investment Products & Research department includes multiple teams dedicated to understanding, operating within, and contributing to the alternative investment industry. The Research & Due Diligence team is dedicated to evaluating market conditions to identify investment strategies, creating diligence/research reports to facilitate a best-in-class menu of alternative investment offerings, and providing education on funds and market sectors. Investment Communication and monitoring provides internal and external fund updates and actively monitors the iCapital Preferred Access Funds or any funds where iCapital is the investment manager.  

• Conducting market research to create customized fund manager segments to improve fund sourcing against our competitors. 
• Assisting with quantitative and qualitative analysis for diligence reports 
• Researching and collecting data for thought pieces. 
• Attending manager and market webinars/updates and sharing findings with diligence team.
• Researching and analyzing positions in underlying manager portfolios.
• Assisting with pipeline management and organizing Salesforce fund database.
• Building templates for ongoing monitoring of incumbent managers and potential peer group analysis.
• Assisting with data management for quarterly reports and ad hoc analyses.
• Assisting with creation and maintenance of pitchbooks and other deliverables.
• Organizing team drives/files to ensure timely completion and correct hosting of fact cards and reporting documents. 

• Highly inquisitive, collaborative, and a creative problem solver 
• Possesses foundational knowledge of and/or genuine interest in the financial markets
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Adaptable to take on new responsibilities and be detail oriented
• Technologically savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• A rising junior or senior in a U.S. college/university bachelor’s degree program
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Authorized to work in the United States*
