Position Summary
The SHEIN AI Team leverages advanced AI technologies, including NLP, image processing, and deep learning, to boost global e-commerce and supply chain efficiency. Our expertise encompasses AI-powered search, recommendations, and smart supply chain management. Committed to innovation, we're exploring the latest in AI and big data. Our company is at the forefront of leveraging advanced computer vision (CV) technologies within the realm of product review, which stands as one of our cornerstone capabilities. This role involves using CV to identify and mitigate any instances of copyright infringement, sensitive material, discriminatory content, or anything that may be deemed uncomfortable for our audience. Additionally, you may also apply CV methodologies to enhance studio operations and accelerate the production cycle in the fast-paced world of fashion. By joining our team, you will contribute to one of our key production projects, playing a pivotal role in maintaining our commitment to quality and innovation.
Job Responsibilities

• Spearhead research in advanced computer vision techniques to address specific challenges faced by SHEIN, including but not limited to image detection, classification, and segmentation.
• Develop and refine innovative CV models that can be directly applied to enhance SHEIN's product offerings and operational efficiency.
• Stay abreast of cutting-edge developments in computer vision research to continually contribute fresh perspectives and solutions to the team.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages, including C++ and Python, is essential.
• A strong foundation and practical experience in computer vision and deep learning methodologies.
• A proactive approach to learning and exploring new technologies and research areas within the field.

Nice to Have

• Prior experience in developing and implementing computer vision models in a commercial or industrial setting is highly desirable.
