Research Lead

ROLE: RESEARCH LEAD

Summary:
We are looking for one Research Lead specifically focusing on developing novel AI solutions. This role is ideal for someone who possesses deep expertise in creating innovative techniques for large-scale models, particularly within the visual or textual domains. The candidate should be passionately committed to not only advancing the field through groundbreaking developments but also ensuring the effective and robust deployment of these technologies.
Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end machine learning research projects, ensuring that they align with strategic business goals.
• Innovate and develop new techniques in the realm of large-scale models with a focus on visual or textual content.
• Employ rigorous testing and iterative improvement processes to optimize the performance and accuracy of machine learning models.
• Work collaboratively with cross-disciplinary teams to apply machine learning insights to enhance product offerings.
• Stay updated on the latest AI research trends and technologies to guide and innovate future projects.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in machine learning model development, with expertise in PyTorch, JAX or TensorFlow.
• Demonstrated capability to independently lead research projects with end-to-end responsibility.
• Previous experience in AI research is required. This likely involves a history of publishing research at top conferences.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Experience with low-level optimizations, such as CUDA kernel programming, is highly regarded but not mandatory.
