The Solutions Marketing Specialist will play a critical role in driving revenue through the development of compelling content that differentiates our healthcare staffing marketplace and service offerings, along with our internally developed web and mobile application to hospital system leaders. This role will work closely with our business development and program management teams to create the resources and tools they need to strengthen their relationships with hospital system leaders. Â
This person can be remote on EST business hours.Â

Responsibilities:   Â
- Work in a fast-paced environment to adhere to deadlines and timely delivery of content.Â
- Review candidate profiles against open requisitions and determine which candidates should be marketed
- Design and track email marketing campaigns through HubSpot in order to market our candidates to prospective clientsÂ
- Collaborate with subject matter experts across different departments to ensure accuracy of the contentÂ
- Work closely with the sales and recruitment teams to align campaigns with sales objectives
- Contact prospective clients via phone in order to follow up on campaignsÂ
- Educate prospective healthcare organizations about Aya's available candidates
Required Qualifications:Â
- Bachelor's Degree is requiredÂ
- 1+ years of marketing or sales related experience
- Strong writing and content creation skills
- Acute attention to detail

Compensation: Aya reasonably anticipates the pay scale for this position to be $28.85 hourly, which equates to $60,000 annually. Plus bonuses.   Â
The pay scale for this position may vary if applicant possesses experience outside of what Aya reasonably anticipates for this position. Bonuses are subject to the role and your manager’s discretion. Â
