We are committed to growing your career, so in this role you will:

• Conduct oneself in accordance with the Berkadia Way principles, always demonstrate high integrity
• Perform processing tasks associated with the review, disbursements & monitoring of HUD repair and replacement reserve accounts
• Monitor Letter of Credit processing, such as loading new LOC’s, sending Borrower/investors follow up letters/emails, monitor LOC due dates, and prepare bank release letters
• Review PSA and other legal documents to ensure adherence to Reserve and Letter of Credit related requirements
• Support Client Relations Managers by answering specific questions and resolving reserves related issues
• Review future funding draw requisitions and prepare recommendation package for lender which may include review of contracts, change orders, invoices, payment evidence, title, financial/leasing updates, and construction budget balancing
• Support off-site functional units

• An elevated level of competence in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel, and ability to work with other software including mortgage industry specific applications such as McCracken Strategy, intranet-based workflows, etc.
• Excellence in communication skills, including the ability to communicate clearly and succinctly both verbally and in writing with all levels of an organization both internal and external. 
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
