Residential Apartment Painter

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team, responsible for delivering high-quality painting services in both commercial and residential settings. The ideal candidate will have experience in various painting techniques and a strong understanding of construction processes. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work effectively on construction sites. Responsibilities • Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer as needed. • Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment. • Ensure all work is completed to a high standard of quality and within project timelines. • Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction sites to ensure seamless project execution. • Perform drywall repairs, plastering, and masonry work as required during renovation and restoration projects. • Estimate materials needed for each job and maintain inventory of supplies. • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment at all times. Requirements • At least 2 years of experience in painting, plastering and masonry. • Proven experience in commercial and residential painting projects. • Familiarity with construction site practices and procedures. • Knowledge of plastering, drywall installation, and masonry techniques is preferred. • Ability to understand construction estimating processes. • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality workmanship. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. • Physical stamina and strength to perform tasks that require lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
