Residential Construction Project Manager

Our client is looking for a talented Project Manager with a strong background in construction who can excel in both project execution and client communication. The ideal candidate should have proven ability to manage multiple projects from start to finish. You’ll be joining a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment, where your contributions will directly impact the success of each project. Responsibilities: • Oversee interior apartment renovations from start to finish • Build scopes of work for each project • Coordinate closely with project coordinators and subcontractors • Manage multiple projects simultaneously (typically 3–5) • Ensure compliance with condo and co-op alteration agreements • Maintain project timelines and budgets • Regularly visit project sites, primarily in Manhattan and parts of Brooklyn Job requirements: • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in interior design or construction • Background in interior apartment renovations • Familiarity with condo and co-op renovation processes and alteration agreements • Strong organizational and leadership skills • Ability to oversee all phases of a project independently Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year Application Question(s): • Have you managed full renovations of individual residential units, such as apartments, condos, or co-ops? • Do you have an existing network of subcontractor connections?
