Residential Electrical Foreman

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Multifamily Electrical Foreman to oversee and lead the electrical installation and crew management for multifamily residential construction projects. This role is responsible for ensuring all electrical systems are installed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multifamily residential construction, leadership experience, and a commitment to high-quality workmanship. Key Responsibilities: · Supervise, coordinate, and lead a team of electricians and apprentices on multifamily construction job sites. · Read and interpret blueprints, construction documents, and electrical schematics. · Install, inspect, test, and maintain electrical systems including service panels, conduit, wiring, lighting, and devices. · Ensure all work is performed according to NEC code and local regulations. · Maintain safety standards and enforce job site safety policies. · Track and report progress, time, and material usage to project management. · Train and mentor junior electricians and apprentices. · Conduct quality control checks and resolve installation issues in a timely manner. Requirements: · 5+ years of electrical experience in residential/multifamily construction. · 2+ years of supervisory or foreman experience. · Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician license (state-specific). · Strong understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC). · Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. · Excellent leadership, communication, and time management skills. · Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions. · Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. · OSHA 10/30 Certification preferred.
