Residential Home Inspection Technician

Key Functions • Scheduling and maintaining inspection times with residents • Performing annual inspections of residential units • Reporting any material defects or damages utilizing tablet based reporting software • Meeting with and providing reports to property managers Skills or Education Requirements • Basic knowledge of residential home systems, i.e. plumbing fixtures, thermostats, etc. • Experience working with tablets and G-Suite (gmail) • Customer service skills required Job Type: Full-time Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Ability to Commute: • San Jose, CA 95128 (Required) Ability to Relocate: • San Jose, CA 95128: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
