Residential Plumbing Technician

Job Summary Almaden Valley Plumbing is looking for an experienced residential service technician to join our team. We are a family owned and operated business open since 1990. We are located in South San Jose and service all surrounding areas. -Hourly + Commission pay Responsibilities • Assemble and install plumbing systems in residential homes. • Maintain and repair existing plumbing systems, ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations. • Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete plumbing tasks. • Conduct field service calls to troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues for clients. • Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job. • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment at all times. Skills • Proficient in plumbing techniques and best practices. • Strong ability to assemble various plumbing components efficiently. • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex plumbing issues. • Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members professionally. Requirements • High school diploma or GED equivalent • Valid California driver’s license • 3+ years plumbing experience • Proficiency using plumbing tools, materials, and equipment • Understands and follows state regulations Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Benefits: • Company truck • Fuel card • Health insurance • Paid time off Experience: • Plumbing: 3 years (Preferred) License/Certification: • Driver's License (Required) Ability to Commute: • San Jose, CA (Required) Work Location: On the road
