Residential Renovation Crew (Fix & Flip / New Construction)

Crawford Construction Corp is building an elite in-houseFix & Flip / Renovator Crewto lead our residential investment projects. This is a long-term opportunity for well-rounded tradesmen and small teams experienced in full-scope gut rehabs, cosmetic renovations, and new construction. This is not handyman work — we’re looking for crews with real skill across multiple trades. Required Capabilities (Team Must Cover All or Most): • General Carpentry:Framing, drywall, trim, doors, and finish carpentry • Plumbing:Rough-in, fixture installation, basic repipes, shut-off valves, drains • Electrical:Swaps, panel upgrades, fixture installs, rewires (as needed) • Roofing:Repairs and full tear-offs (shingle or flat preferred) • HVAC:Installs, diagnostics, filter slots, line sets, and venting • Interior Work:Kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, tiling, paint • Exterior Work:Soffits, fascia, siding, porches, stairs, and concrete touch-ups Job Expectations: • Execute complete scopes of work from demo to final punch • Follow project timelines, meet code, and stay on budget • Submit detailed before/during/after photos • Communicate clearly with our internal coordinator • Represent the company with professionalism on job sites Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience in residential renovation • Must be licensed and skilled in at least one of the core trades above • Reliable crew with tools, transport, and availability • Able to read and follow scopes or blueprints • High standards for cleanliness, safety, and finish quality Compensation: • Paid weekly via direct deposit • Based on project or hourly (depending on scope and scale) • Bonuses available for ahead-of-schedule or premium-grade completions Work Areas: • Primary: Chicago South Side + South Suburbs • Secondary: Expansion opportunities into other IL locations To Apply: Send the following [email protected] • Team resume or overview • Trade licenses or certifications • Photos of recent renovation work • Availability and service area No calls — email only.
