Residential Service Plumber

Candidates must hold aPL04 Plumbing License. We offerhourly or commission-based pay, depending on experience and preference. In addition to great pay there are excellent benefits including: • 100% employer paid premiums on medical, dental and vision insurance • 401k and 401k Roth plan with up to 4% match in addition to your income invested • Employer paid long-term disability insurance • Employer paid life insurance • 1 floating holiday • 6 paid holidays • Paid vacation • Paid weekly Responsibilities Include: • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems within homes and businesses • Handle emergency plumbing services, including water line leaks, burst pipes, clogged drains, and more • Perform diagnostic assessments to identify issues with pipes, drains, water heaters, faucets, and other plumbing systems • Provide estimates for plumbing repairs and communicate progress to clients clearly • Identify opportunities to enhance customer comfort and system efficiency through recommended services or preventative solutions. • Follow all safety procedures and local plumbing codes to ensure high-quality work and a safe working environment • Maintain plumbing tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition • Ensure accurate documentation of all work completed, including photos, notes, and reportsRequirements: • 4+ years of plumbing experience • Minimum of PL04 Plumbing license • Good character and ability to work with a team and our customers • Professional appearance and demeanor • Valid driver's license and clean driving record • Neat, clean and organized • Great work ethic
