Residential Service Plumber

Position Summary We are seeking an experiencedResidential Service Plumberto deliver exceptional residential plumbing service to our clients and work with a high-end culture team. You’ll handle standard plumbing work and respond to calls for emergency situations. Primary Responsibilities • Diagnose, install, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems and fixtures • Assemble and install pipes and fittings for water, gas, and drainage • Conduct leak tests, troubleshooting system issues, and ensure code compliance • Exhibit professionalism, building positive relationships to encourage repeat business • Act as on-call support for other technicians • Provide mentorship and guidance to apprentices • Maintain accurate records and uphold vehicle/tools’ cleanliness • Flexible Hours available Qualifications & Skills Essential: • 3 – 5 or more years of residential service plumbing experience or completion of a formal apprenticeship with plumbing service experience. • Strong technical skills: Pipe cutting, soldering, brazing, drain cleaning, repiping, water heaters, faucets, toilets, water leak detection, full residential plumbing services. • Excellent math, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities • Outstanding customer service and communication • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record Preferred: • Experience with residential plumbing service and sales. • Additional maintenance or trade experience Physical Requirements This role requires physical stamina and dexterity, including: • Regular lifting/carrying/pushing/pulling of up to 50 lb; occasional heavy lifting up to 100 lb. • Climbing ladders and scaffolds; working at heights • Repetitive bending, kneeling, stooping, crawling, and twisting • Working in confined spaces and varied environmental conditions—heat, cold, dust, odors • Full manual dexterity and use of hand and power tools • Excellent balance, coordination, and sustained physical endurance • Enjoy a stable, year-round lead role with consistent and guaranteed hours • Work in a supportive, customer-first environment where your leadership is recognized • Opportunity to mentor apprentices and shape the future of our service team Send Resume and application to: [email protected]@asapplumbingaz.com In person: 1221 W Warner Rd #103, Tempe, AZ 85284 Call: 480-781-0397 Please visit our website: https://asapplumbingaz.com/careers/ Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) 3% Match • Company truck • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Health savings account • Paid time off • Vision insurance Schedule: • Day shift • On call Supplemental Pay: • Commission pay Ability to Commute: • Tempe, AZ 85284 (Required) Ability to Relocate: • Tempe, AZ 85284: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
