Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Painter Crew Leader to oversee and coordinate construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various construction techniques and be able to lead a team effectively. This role requires hands-on experience in residential/commercial painting, carpentry, as well as the ability to read work orders and manage project timelines.
Responsibilities
• Supervise and work beside team of painters on-site, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
• Coordinate daily activities, assign tasks, and monitor progress to meet project deadlines.
• Utilize skills in Painting, stucco repair, drywall repair to ensure high-quality workmanship.
• Read and interpret work orders to understand project specifications and requirement
• Conduct regular inspections of work performed to ensure compliance with safety standards and quality expectations.
• Provide training and mentorship to team members in various painting techniques and best practices.
• Communicate effectively with project managers and clients regarding project status, challenges, and solutions.
Requirements
• Proven experience in the construction industry with a strong skill set in residential/commercial painting, masonry repair, stucco repair, caulking, drywall, and work order reading.
• Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills to manage a diverse team effectively.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions while maintaining a focus on safety protocols.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills to address challenges that arise on the job site.
• A valid driver's license is required for transportation to job sites in one of our work vans.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26.17 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 56 per week
