Job Description
Summary
Serves as a Resort Facilities Manager in the Engineering Department of the Hale Koa Hotel.
2024 Cost of Living Allowance (COLA) for Honolulu, HI is 8.90%.
This position will remain open until filled with a first cutoff date of 15 March 2024 for employment consideration. Additional lists will be pulled after this first cut-off date at the request of the hiring manager.

- One year probationary period may be required
- Must be able to obtain a Tier 1 background investigation.
- Must be able to work weekdays, weekends, holidays and various hours of the day and week when required.
Qualifications
2. Experience as an administrator who has directed work in resort/hotel facilities as either a Facilities Manager, Assistant Chief Engineer or Assistant Engineering Director.
3. Experience with budgeting processes, engineering contract options and experience with a standalone engineering environment without support from other agencies.
4. Possess at least three (3) years of work experience managing a workforce of 20 or more to include subordinate supervisors, leaders and employees.

- Bachelor's or higher degree in Facility Management, Engineering or other related technical discipline.
